biological activity | Eleutherol is a naphthalene compound isolated from E. American Ana and has anti-fungal activity. Eleutherol inhibits Candida albicans, Candida albicans, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Cryptococcus neoformans with MIC values between 7.8-250 µg/mL. Elietherol has α-glucosidase (α-glucosidase) inhibitory activity with IC50>1.00 mM. |
